I have been teaching fitness for a number of years following a careers as a professional dancer. I studied yoga with the governing body in England, The British Wheel of Yoga, gaining a diploma tutor qualification in 2003.
I teach the Hatha yoga style which incorporates general wellbeing through breathing, improved flexibility through the practise of yoga postures and increased strength through the holding of various yoga postures. Postures are tailored to suit individuals and any health concerns are noted with postures adapted.
